Can you ship to multiple addresses?

While we can only ship to one destination per order, feel free to spread the love by placing separate orders for multiple addresses.

Do I have to be home to accept delivery?

Postal partners will leave your treats at the door with Authority To Leave if it’s safe to do so or they will be re-delivered or redirected to your Post Office.

What if my parcel is lost or stolen?

What if my product is affected by heat or broken?

We do hold off on shipping during hot weather to keep your goodies safe and sound and we suggest you are also mindful. All our products carry a 'best before' date, indicating their peak freshness. Properly stored chocolate can be enjoyed long after this date without any concerns.
