Soon joined by his brother John, the pair trialled and errored their way to success. It was only two years later that they had to move to a larger premises in Ivanhoe as they started to receive increasing order amounts from hotels, restaurants and caterers. They added another brother and a sister to their team as well as further friends and family, and the company continued to expand on the basis of its delicious gourmet confections.
Today, Chocolatier retains its store in Ivanhoe and also has a manufacturing and warehousing base in Heidelberg that is world-class.
